1. This terms of sale, are accorded between Folha de Liz Unipessoal Lda, situated in Alameda Conde de Samodães, 270 ap.34, 4430-069 Vila Nova de Gaia - Portugal , VAT PT508986770, designated as "Ovelha Negra" and the people buying from the website "Loja Ovelha Negra" www.loja.ovelha-negra.com/en, designated as Clients.
2. Clients can choose the following payment methods: Paypal, bank transfer, MBWay and ATM reference. If you wish to pay by Bank Transfer, please send us by email a proof of the payment.
3. All the items available in Loja Ovelha Negra, include VAT at the current rate.
4. Freight charges are added to the products price and you can see it clearly at the end of the purchase before confirming it. For Portugal delivery adresses, you can choose between a private shipping company (MRW) and CTT. The shipping company has a fixed rate.
For deliveries outside Portugal we send through CTT and the price depends of the order weight and destination.
Ovelha Negra will ship the orders in the maximum of 48 hours after confirmation of payment.
5. If you choose registered delivery and the order doesn't reach it's final destination, Ovelha Negra will take responsibility for reimbursing the Client for its full cost. If the delivery does not reach the client because of wrong or insufficient adress or because it was not collected in the post office at time, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the charges of a second delivery.
6. If the Client order an item which is out of stock, will be promptly notified by Ovelha Negra and refunded of the total amount of the items out of stock.
7. If the any item ordered is prove to be faulty, Ovelha Negra will refund the Client. It is required that the item is returned in the conditon it was sent.
9. Ovelha Negra accepts returns and exchanges untill 15 days after the order is made. However the delivery charges are Client's responsability. In this case, you should send an email to [email protected] and send the items in perfect condition to Ovelha Negra, Rua da Conceição, 100, 4050-214 Porto.
10. Clients may submit their complaints to Ovelha Negra through the email [email protected]
11. In case of litigation the client may report to an alternative consumer dispute resolution entity: Centro de Informação do Consumo e Arbitragem do Porto (CICAP), in the adress Rua Damião de Góis, 31, Loja 6, 4050-225, Porto.
