Darning Needles

Showing 1-4 of 4 item(s)

Yarn sewing needles, also called tapestry or wool needles, are used to weave in ends, join pieces, embroider on knitted fabric and make small repairs. Their usually blunt tip passes between fibres and reduces the risk of splitting the yarn.

Eye size and needle thickness should suit the yarn: an eye that is too small makes threading difficult, while an excessively thick needle may enlarge the stitches.
